Your registration fee includes team pictures, use of game jersey/uniform, and insurance coverage. Team fees may be added by the team manager to cover additional costs during the season.
General Information
Only registered players who have paid the registration fees and submitted the required documents are permitted to attend evaluation sessions (if applicable), practices, and games. Contact registrar@minorbellies.com if you are unsure of your player’s registration status.
If you are new to New Westminster field lacrosse, you must submit the following additional information the first time you register:
- Photos of both sides of the player’s Care Card
- Photo of the player’s Birth Certificate
- Two documents to verify your New Westminster residency.
- The only acceptable documents as prescribed by the BCLA are: a current City of New Westminster electrical bill, FortisBC gas bill, landline phone bill, television bill, property tax notice, or water and sewer bill.
- If you currently rent and do not pay utilities, you can submit a letter from you landlord verifying your rental agreement and piece of Government issued photo ID with your New Westminster address.
Discount Information
All families registering 3 or more children will pay regular price for the two oldest players and 50% off fees for each additional child.
Full-time goalies (U11 and above) who are confirmed to be playing as a full-time goalie may be eligible for a 50% registration fee refund. Please contact the Registrar (registrar@minorbellies.com) for further information. Refunds will be processed after registration closes and teams have been formed.

Prior enrollment in New West Minor Box Lacrosse does not satisfy your care card, birth certificate and residency requirements for field lacrosse. Box Lacrosse and Field Lacrosse are governed by two separate Directorates and must be satisfied individually.
