KidSport™ Canada is a national not-for-profit organization that provides financial assistance for registration fees and equipment to kids aged 18 and under. Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities ("Jumpstart”) - Jumpstart’s core purpose is to enrich the lives of kids in financial need through sports and physical activity. The Jumpstart Electronic Application is an online application that a Parent/Guardian can use to submit a request for funding to Jumpstart on behalf of their child/children age 4-18.
